who we are

Rather than focusing on what Christians typically call the ‘lost’ and the ‘saved’ we simply focus on people. All people have a need to be valued and accepted, so we make our services as welcoming and friendly as possible. We dress like you dress and talk like you talk, we’re concerned with the same things that you are. Surprisingly we are normal. However when it comes to truth, worship and God's power at work, they are non-negotiable. As we pursue this approach to church, we see many people coming to faith every week and see Christians grow in their faith. We’re convinced that when people see God presented in a credible, authentic and relevant way it will disarm preconceptions and be deeply attractive. All too often being ‘relevant’ means diluting the truth, being ‘spiritual’ means looking flaky, and being ‘worshipful’ means looking emotionally vulnerable. Not here. We are real people, loving a real God, living a real faith.
