Peter Anderson
[Senior Pastor]
"I grew up in Glasgow and became a Christian in my mid teens. In 1998 after graduating with a degree in Architecture I moved to Edinburgh, to start the church, to get married and to work in an Architects office. In 2003 I left Reiach and Hall Architects and became the first staff member at Destiny as the full time pastor. I have a lovely wife - Angie and two great kids Becky and Michael. I love family time, fishing, mountainbiking and hillwalking."

Graeme Williamson [Associate Pastor]
"I came to the church when it was pretty small but Pete’s passion and the clear hand of God on the work led me to stay. Life at Destiny has been an adventure and it’s great to give my life full time to the thing I’m most passionate about – the church. I’m married to a wonderful lady called Katrina who is also my best friend. I like the countryside and being outdoors despite not being remotely sporty. I like reading when I have the time, and hanging out with friends."

Owen Lima [Events Manager]
"Born on South African soil, I now call Scotland and Destiny Church Edinburgh home. From the day that I gave my life to Christ He has taken me and my wife, Emelie on the most incredible journey. We still look back now and are stunned at how much God has done with our lives in such a short space of time. I have found my purpose in life."

Ashleigh Williams [Secretary]
"My family and I came to Destiny Church in 2003 and have enjoyed every moment since. It was, and still is, great seeing the passion and dedication of people who have a heart after God. Inspired by this, and after an amazing year at Destiny College, I never imagined the excitement of what God had in store. I love being on staff, surrounded by people who make you think bigger. Every day is filled with enthusiasm and challenge; life here at Destiny is never boring."

Katrina Williamson
[Pastoral Assistant]
"Born and bred in the beautiful highlands of Scotland I came to Glasgow to study Dietetics. It was there I started going to Destiny Church Glasgow in 1996 and haven’t looked back since. Since 2005 I have been serving in Destiny Edinburgh with my husband Graeme and we have been so blessed, being part of this awesome work God is doing. I love life and people and I’m passionate about church and how it can meet your needs."

Roddy Macdonald
[Counsellor]
"Originally from the west coast of Scotland, I moved to the ‘sunnier’ part of Scotland back in 1981 just after becoming a Christian. I am married to Karen who is my best friend. I have two teenage children, Steven and Jodi. (I know, I don’t look old enough!) My real passion is Counselling; especially within a church setting such as here at Destiny. I am a qualified Psychotherapist / Counsellor and launched the Destiny Counselling service in 2007. My other passions are my family, motorbikes (fast ones), photography, sunshine, walking, reading, football, and socialising”.

Beth Godfrey [Visitors and New Converts Pastor
]
"Hi, I joined Destiny Church in 2003 and its been amazing watching it change and grow. Working with people new to the Christian faith is such an exciting and joyful experience; I really love my job. One of my favourite things is travelling, especially all the random predicaments you get into whilst away! Other interests include theatre, acting, reading, scuba diving (but not in this country!), and spending quality time with people I love."
Brian Williams [Facilities Manager]
I was born in the highlands of Zimbabwe. Having served our miracle working God in three nations of the world has proved He is not restricted by political, geographical, social, financial or human limitations and therefore, being a part of Destiny is as natural as breathing - its life giving. What I do is not a job but a lifestyle I share with my wife Anne, son and his wife - Andrew and Anna, and daughter Ashleigh. My heart is to maintain welcoming safe places of worship where people can encounter an awesome God.
