ignite-a creative evening

Dear Church

Friday May 2nd we will be having another creative evening in church. This is basically an excuse for all artists to get together, to pray about the arts in our church, and to create something round a theme - this time it is "Release and Awakening, - reclaiming your divine creativity!" We want to explore through various exercises the ideas around our freedom, and how we may be 'puppetted' by society/ insecurities/false perceptions. This is purely to get us moving and inspired, interacting and in conversation about our passions and dreams.
 
I would love to see artists of all mediums come and meet each other and collaborate. Musicians, artists, actors, dancers, writers, poets, whatever your interests, lets have fun! On the night we can get together and work with those of a similar interest to ourselves and see what happens. We will try and have space at the end if anyone has anything they would like to share, however time may be an issue.
 
PLEASE NOTE we are only looking for people who will take this seriously and will be willing to participate themselves. On Friday 2nd May we will be gathering from 6.30pm for a 7pm start and aiming to finish by 9.00pm.
